ORDERS - We have a standard 24-48 hour processing time prior to delivery of all orders. This processing time frame is subject to change due to high sales volume, weekends and holidays. Incorrect address information may cause delivery delays.

TRACKING INFORMATION - You will receive an email and an SMS with tracking details to collect your consignment. If you don’t receive a tracking number within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us immediately.

ORDER CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION - Orders may be changed or modified but never cancelled for a "full refund" we do not offer refunds due to the nature of the product.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCEDURES - Our customer services department will guide you over the phone with your returns and exchange requests. When you receive your items, open the packaging gentle, visually examine the product to verify if you have received the desired texture and lengths you ordered. At this time, you can determine if the products you have received are damaged, defective or materially different from what you ordered

RETURNS - All our hair at Moraba Elite has undergone a quality assurance process to ensure it is free of imperfections. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or materially different. Please call our customer service within 2 business days of receipt date. If the hair received does not meet our brand standards, we will gladly exchange it at our cost. Our customer service department must inspect all incoming returns to ensure that all products are in their original condition

PAYMENT TERMS - Payments are 100% upfront. As soon as you place an order online an invoice will be issued for payment. When the funds reflect in our banking account the order will be processed soon after for delivery within 24 - 48 hours. All sales are final, once payment is made there are no cancellations of orders for refund.
